Rex Hemmings FICM, MIPA, MABRP
Rex Hemmings is a Senior Manager in the Corporate Recovery Department of Moore Stephens. Rex has been practising insolvency for twenty-five years and prior to entering the insolvency profession in 1978, was a Health Authority Finance Manager. Rex is a member of both the Insolvency Practitioners Association and the Association of Business Recovery Professionals (R3). Rex is a Fellow of the Institute of Credit Management and lectures widely on Insolvency and debt recovery subjects throughout the Country, both for the Institute of Credit Management and for client companies direct. Rex is responsible for running a number of Credit Information Circles in a variety of industries for the firm.
