Joan’s knowledge of the legal, administrative and software issues relating to the management of housing and council tax benefits has been gained over twelve years working in both the revenues and benefits sections. She was benefits manager at the City of Lincoln Council and has wide experience of dealing with the subsidy claim and has presented a number of training courses on this, as well as most other benefit areas. Her style of training combines the clear presentation of complex rules and regulations with the effective format of open discussions and task-oriented workshops.
