Frank Wilde
Frank is a highly respected Consultant lecturing on benefit fraud, interviewing and taking statements and serving legal documents. He started as a police officer in the London Metropolitan Police in 1957 and rose through the ranks to Chief Inspector before retiring from the Service in this rank in 1987 on pension having completed 30 years service. After joining West Dorset District Council in 1988 as a Community Charge Registration Officer, Frank was promoted in 1994 to Revenues Manager where he served until 1999. For the last four years he has lectured on and tutored the Benefit Technician course in Fraud and is pleased to be involved in the preparation, planning and teaching of this important subject. With his background both in the police force and local government, Frank brings the two disciplines together to produce a proactive approach to benefit fraud prevention and detection.
