Peter Hammond BSc (Hons) Psych, Dip PM, FCIPD
Peter’s career in personnel and training spans private industry, local government and the voluntary sector. He has led regional networks for the development of personnel and training professionals and elected councillors and leads the Public Sector Advisory Group to Tees Valley LSC and has worked extensively with further and higher education providers to develop new programmes and qualifications. He has written management guides and spoken at conferences at regional and national level as well as leading major change projects, working with senior teams and coaching individuals. Peter aims to create a relaxed and participative climate in which people can understand processes more clearly, identify and apply practical solutions to their problems, and gain confidence in their own abilities, particularly in the areas of management skills and interpersonal relationships.
