Anthony Watts BSc, IRRV
Anthony joined local government in 1991 as a Community Charge Collections Officer for Oxford City Council. In 1992 he joined the Council’s Customer Services Team and over the next 9 years he progressed through various positions within that team, ending up as the Training and Procedures Officer.In 2001 Anthony took up the post of Processing Team Leader within the Benefits Department of Northampton Borough Council. In 2002 he was appointed Benefits Manager for South Northamptonshire Council and also became a Corporate Member of the IRRV. In 2004 he began working as a Revenues & Benefits Trainer and NVQ Assessor. He has presented numerous Revenues and Benefits training courses, lectured IRRV Technician students and worked with over 40 candidates with their IRRV NVQ studies. Anthony is now working as a trainer and NVQ assessor for Philips Training Academy.
