General
The host organisation will, for the duration of the course, need to provide:
- a suitable training room;
- equipment - media (PowerPoint) projector, screen and flip chart - any other requirements will be specified prior to the course;
- appropriate refreshments during the day;
- a list of delegates two weeks before the event.
Course Times
Unless preferred otherwise, the course day will start at 9.30 am for 10.00 am and end at approximately 4.30 pm, with short breaks for tea and coffee at 11.00 am and 3.00 pm and lunch at 12.30 pm. The provision of lunch for the delegates is at the discretion of the host authority; however, arrangements will be need to be made for lunch for the course tutor.
Fees and Costs
The cost of our in-house courses are for approx. 15 delegates (unless stated otherwise). The fee includes the course programme and delegate documentation as outlined in the course details. In addition to the course fee, the tutor’s travel, subsistence and overnight accommodation, as appropriate, will be recharged at cost, or 35p per mile, with vat being payable at the current rate.
This course is facilitated by Philips Training Academy for the host organisation. However, the organisation is welcome to offer places to other organisations, subject to the course maximum. The host organisation will then be responsible for any financial arrangements and/or administration thereby involved.
An invoice will be sent immediately following the course and payment is requested within fourteen days. Full Terms and Conditions of Trade are available on request.
