Philips Collection Services, the largest privately owned revenue recovery and enforcement company in the UK, was given a special mention by the judges in this year’s DCA awards (which took place 23rd October at the Chesford Grange Hotel, Warwickshire), in the category for consumer agency with turnover in excess £2 million.Philips entry focused on its levels of customer service and client satisfaction and the company was able to provide an impressive array of new business wins over the previous 12 months to illustrate its case such as;

Philips entry was largely based around its investment in the new technologies which have helped to produce a quantum leap forward in its efficiency and effectiveness.
Among the innovations the company has introduced to the customer base, Philips highlighted the P3 programme which encompasses all digital printing of statutory documentation, posting, payment, processing, scanning and handling of all correspondence on behalf of departments.
In addition there was the Digital Pen to relay information and images via data transfer and AARTS, a bespoke automated allocation route tracking system that processes all relevant cases automatically, identifying and highlighting cases that require a doorstep visit by an agent.
This is the second consecutive year that Philips entry has received high praise from the judging panel.
